The estimate form, appointments and financing

The free-estimate form on this website is provided by RoofFlow Pro, the customer relationship management (CRM) and booking system Shaka Roofing uses. When you submit the form, schedule an appointment or request an instant estimate, the details you enter (such as your name, phone number, email address, property address and how we can help) are sent to and stored in Shaka Roofing's RoofFlow Pro account and used to contact you, schedule your free inspection and keep a record of our communication. The form also records the page you were on and, when present, the campaign parameters in the address (for example which search or ad brought you to us) so we can understand which marketing works. When a form is submitted, the website records a “lead” event in our analytics and advertising tools (see below) without your form answers. Financing pre-qualification is provided by Hearth. Information you enter on RoofFlow Pro or Hearth is also governed by their privacy policies.

Analytics and advertising
